Oceancare Ltd is a recognised specialised organisation that is authorised to provide  preventive and ‘on-call’ response services to Bunker Operators, Marine Terminals and Facilities under the provisions of the Dangerous Cargo Ships, Marine Terminals and Facilities and Bunkering Regulations (SL 499.12).

The company invests heavily in equipment and in the training of personnel. We currently have 10 persons qualified IMO Level 1 training, 7 persons qualified IMO level 1 & 2 and 8 persons qualified IMO level 3 training.

Furthermore, we participate in various drills and exercises to ensure that we are well-prepared for any eventuality.

We are also subject to a rigorous audit that will look into various aspects, including but not limited to, the lead response time to provide assistance, training of personnel, availability and upkeep of equipment and availability of response vessels.
